MyTenant ("we", "our", "us") is dedicated to safeguarding user information. This document delineates how personal, operational, and financial data is handled across our property management platform.

1. Information Collected

We process account credentials, property unit addresses, tenant contact records, lease dates, and utility records necessary to provide software operations. Payment credentials are handled strictly through PCI-DSS certified gateway Razorpay.

2. Storage & Security

All database communications utilize TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords utilize salted bcrypt hashing. Property unit documents are securely partitioned in Backblaze B2 encrypted cloud storage.

3. Data Sharing & Retention

We do not sell user data. Records are maintained during active subscriptions and can be permanently exported or expunged upon user request by contacting support@mytenant.me.
